What the quote means is everthough we have allot of technology for math we still need to know it ourselvs to suceed

As a christian I know that success isn't about money or materialistic things. I think to be successful is when you are right with God, have a family that love you, have a job to support ur self and family, if u have sons and daughters, make sure they are respectful not like now n day children that talk back and just be happy with what u have. I know that money doesn't matter becuase if u see most of the celebrities suffer because they listen to other people to do things and are in bad things so being famous to me isn't successful.

i think that this qoute is true because just becuz you have money. that does not mean you are successful because some people with money they inherit or they won the lottery. just dont think people have money are all successful.

i agree with this quote because you gain success with the little things you have. knowledge is a key to success in my life. things like money and what type of car you have or which neighborhood you live in has nothing to do with success.. success is the key things that get ou through life they may seem little because most people dont aknowledge them as much as they do luxurios things but these "little things" mean ALOT.

Succes isn't being flashy and having everyone know who you are or being the wealthiest perosn on earth. Success is knowing you did something well that affects your life or another person's in a positive manner. You can make a movie and it'll be the box office hit for 2-3 weeks max. and then you're done. However, if you find the cure for cancer or HIV/AIDS you will have succeeded in something way more important than a movie. You will have changed the world forever in a positive way and no one can take that from you. Whereas, if you do make a movie you can get an academy award or a grammy or an emmy, but when you're dead people won't survive off of it.

i think this passage or quote means that just because your a bigshot or a famous actor/or good connections because you dint put your work into having those connections you just got everything made for you ,you have to try hard and work hard to have true success.
i think this quote means that even if you are not famous or have a lot of money you can still be a successful person. it also means that you can be successful one day but the next day you wont and you will be struggling. It is saying that your success will eventually go away you wont be successful for you whole life and dont believe what other people say what is the meaning for success because everyone views it differently.

Its True that money or publicity does make you a successful person but I do think that success could last more than a short amount of time you could have a series of successes.

I think the quote is trying to say that even if you had all the money in the world, it wouldn't mean you were the most successful person there ever was. An accomplishment to someone could be a failure to someone else, so no matter what you do, everyone doesn't find you successful. The basic thing that matters is what you think. If you think you succeeded, then that's all that matters.
