I kind of disagree with this quote because some tears aren't always about sorrow and anguish, they're sometimes about happyiness.

I think this quote means that we are human and we need to have certain strong emotions. Tears and Sweat might mean that u have weak moments but sweat means t the same time balancing it out with some toughness.
