the canidates running 4 president look like highskool kids in many ways. 4 1 the fite against each other like as if the had spread a rumor. they also spread rumors around the nation. they also talk about what they do if they get elected, just like a latina talks about her 15. they brag about what they will have or do but it usually turns out that they never complete it. so it seems that the nation is a highskool 4 the canidates. this shows that the canidates rnt ready 2 run a country, if they keep makin excuses and blamin other canidates, instead they should be adressin the issuses n talk about wat they will do 2 solve them.

it resembles them because they are always argueing and fighting about stuff. and they are trying to win whatever they are argueing about. and they are imature and they cant come to an agreement. so they do things to eachother in order to beat the other person. it affects it by making it look like they are imature and cant handle politics. and they just attack eachother and dont even really defend their side with anything. but they only have something bad to say about the other canditae.

The candidates are like high school kids who debate because they want people to be on their side, they tell stories from their point of view, they try their best to get people to help them with their protest or beliefs. However, when you're an adult they do more like talk badly about their opponent, cheat or lie to win an election, even decieve people.

they act like high school kids because they both are just debating on who is better and all the things they are supposably going to do to make this nation a better one. another things is that they try and find some dirt on other canidates in order for the people not to vote for him or be on their side. they also try and find ways to cheat themselves into winning. so all and all they act all like high school kids and that shows there not ready to lead anyone but themselves.

I think the resemblence of the candidates and high school kids bickering about various issues is that they both are immature about it. In in order to win their debate they try to make the opponent look bad. Since they are too focused making the opponent look bad, they don't focus on making themselves look good by supporting things in their debate. I think that is why the debates of the candidates and high school kids are alike.

The candidates are resemble to the high school kids because the candidates argue alot about the issues they have and the kids also do that. They both fight but they don't solve anything at the end. They attack people because they want to win in everything. They say alot of lies just so the other person will look bad. They will actually do anything to win.And at the end the problems are never solved. They will say bad stuff about other people but once somebody says something bad about them they get mad becuase its a lie but they like doing it to other people.

the resemblence between high school blabber and the presedential campaign is that they act imature. they find a way to critisize each other and win.in the presedential hillary and obama want to win so say things about each other to bring one another down. i believe them of all people should be mature and take things the right way and not some childish manner in wich they look bad.i think they should make a change and stopa cting like this becasue theyre only making a fool of themselves saying things about each other so they can win.I dont think there should be a resemblense between the presedential election and high school students

they resemble high school kids because they are trying to convience everyone what good they would do for our society and people try to convience people what good they would do for the school if they was running for like shchool president or something. kids are always arguing and try to find out who is right or better at something and try to get there other friends to support them whether its with lies or braving them wu=ith something. its sort of like a competition and high school kids are alway competing against each other its pretty dumb i really dont see the people of it because it cause fights and other dumb stuff that really isnt need it.

Well........ The candidates resemble to high school kids bickering about nonsense because it shows how they want to make the other person look bad and embaress them (I think I spelled that right) infront of everybody which is really petty and shows that they haven't really grown up yet. This effects the nature of politics because no one is going to want to be bothered and if your the candidate that is running and your acting your age and trying ways to get your opponents out then no one is going to want to running this country and that can bring your votes lower.

That the candidates resemble with highschool students with there various issues like them insulting each other. So i guess the quote means about the relating the candidates with highschool kids and how candidates are childish. The quote is correct because the candidates are supposed to act mature and solve things by talking, not like highschool people who will talk trash about each other even though i think this is a stereotype.

Most people just want the peoples attention so they can get more popular and they care more aobout the popularity than actually caring about the country's needs. They ressemmble eachother because usually high school thats what candidates do.

They're like high school kids because they're starting rumors and stuff. This makes politics look more like a popularity contest rather than what it's supposed to be, a presidential election.

2008 presidential candidates resemble to high school kids they will do anythiing to make them look really good and make their opponets look really bad. Also, another reason why candidates resembles to High school kids is that they are really stuborn. They want it all, not a small piece of the winning. And the last thing that makes candidates and High School kids is that they are good liars. They try to act a cool with each other, but inside their minds, they are thinking of awful things to say to their opponets. The presidential campaign and election is like a war. Democrats versus Republicans. And there's even a war againt themselves and their fellow opponets in the same catagory as they are.

WEll, in many ways actually. But i don't think it's them who copy high school kids, i think kids copy adults. One way is that they lie about things they're going to do. they make false promises. And they attack each other in public. And they're ussually all talking about the same issues, making random solution, that they won't even put into affect. and coparing the other's ideas to theirs and that's pretty much all i can tnhink of .

In the politics they argue, tell lies, and cheat on oneanother, and that relates to what some highschool students do, they talk about stuff and argue about things thats not the main focus, things that arent important or arent something that should be concerned about. politics dont focus on whats important they just want to be elected and they decieve eachother, so these days the nature of politics is just a couple of over grown kids wanting to be the best.

This resembles high school bickering because they argue over the littlest things even though there's a bigger issue at hands. This affects the nature of politics because they are susposed to be focused about making our communities and socities better their bickering over little things. This shows just how unprofessional they can be but everyone is human so it happens but this bickering is just unneccessary. So many may run for politics or senator or wheatever and think thaty its ok to bicker when they feel that its neccessary. And will probabaly feel tHAT its ok and that it wont ruin their look.

The politicians are always trying to make each other look bad and so are the highschool students. So we are always debating, not about the same thing but they are debating. Politicians debate about politics and highschool students are always debating or arguing about their own problems and issues.

I don't know how to answer this journal enrty. But I will see what I can do here. High school problems affect other people because its their lives they're shaping. Everything they do is turned into a part of their life and when people find out about it, they might not care, but they will know something about what they did in the present or the past.

I think its about the same thing because in general people are always competing. Life is around competing is about how much you can give and who is the best. In this similar way its the candidate race and in the school as well. In high school people want to be on top of things and be the best person to be envied by. When it comes to politics its about telling people what they want to hear but honestly never really coming through.

10:12 AM
Anonymous Anonymous said...

I think that politicians are like high school kids because of the so much bickering they start at. They make such accusations like if they were rumors at their school. In high school, they try to lower people's self-esteems but in a presidential race, it is used to win the election and win control over all of the nation. Rumors go back and forth and such accusations in the running for presidency go back and forth too. This bickering can never end and if somebody goes to reveal what's really going on then they get accused of something too. The bickering of both high school and the presidential race will never end and if no one attempts to make a stop for it, it will just get worse. People are just trying to make people go down and never get back up. Even though it's hard to realize, this all apart of life. They have many similarities and that's why you all go through it so it can help you in the real world. Throughout life, there will be alot of stuff going on but you have to stick to it just like high school and especially running for presidency. You just have to wait it out and hope for the best....

The candidates resemble high school kids in various ways. Like highschool kids, they talk a lot about their opponent and everything they say about their opponent is negative. They try to get the people on their side and see that they are the better person. Candidates also go through some deep situations just to find some shtuff on the other candidates just as highschool kids be getting their friends to keep a look out and ask around for any trash they can find about the other person. The only difference is that high school kids only try to convince their school that they are the better person and candidates are trying to do the same thing but with the entire nation.

That is the way that they affect our polotics.

The presidential campaing and highschool campaigns ave alot in common. High school students could actually be like the "mini" or "lil" version oof the candidates for the presidentail campaigns. For example, hey resemble one another by trying their hardest to look good and "buy" peoples votes. Or, they can talk about impossible promises and dreams that ofcourse will be broken/shattered. Or, just like the presidential campaigns, they can make their competitors look bad. By bringing up the past, present, or just bad habits. This affects the nature of politics because we as students are learning at a very young age about lying, backstabbing, breaking promises, competition, and pressure. And when it comes down to politics, "it's" nature, all of the elements are what makes politics, well politics.
