i think that this statment has meaning to what people should be able to do what they have to do to succeed
if your supposed to be a leader, and you don't know where you're going, you're goin to lead everyone else into failure. if you keep a straight head on and accomplish the things you need to first, people will want to follow in your footsteps
i agree with this quote because who wants to follow a leader that don't even know what direction he or she is going in that is like so BoGuS foreally though now a real leader is someone who knows what their doing and their going into a positive direction...now thats a leader i will follow.
This quote means that if you want to be a leader you have to give people a reason to want to follow you. And if nobody want to follow you then your not such a good leader. In order to be a good leader you have to know where your going.
i think that this quote is true because nobody wants to follow anyone who doesnt know were there going because if there is no goal that you are suposed to reach then there is no point in going
i think this quote means that people shouldnt to follow someone to be their own leader.
and plus if a leader doesn't know what their doing they will never reach high then everyone who will look up to them will be in denial because they have not achieved anything.

I think this means that people will only follow you if they know that if they follow you they would end up the same way you are.For example if you're starting to record yourself and trying to get a record deal,and the music you're singing is guaranteed to get a record contract then you might be getting more friends than you've expected.People may start hanging out with you because they see you in the future successful rich and famous and they want the same.
WELL WHAT I THINK THAT THIS QUOTE MEANS IS THAT IF YOU WANT TO BE A LEADER YOU NEED TO DO ALL YOPUR BEST SO THAT OTHER PEOPLE CAN FOLLOW YOUR FOOTSTEPS.IF YOU FAIL PEOPLE ARE NOT GOING TO WANT TO FOOLOW YOUR STEPS BECAUSE THEY WILL KNOW THAT YOUR IN BAD STEPS.
I think what this quote is trying to say is if you want to be a good leader you have to prove to people that you can be one and know where to you're going.

You remain that people are look up to you. If you wont to been a leader you have to think as a leader. people are not goign to follow people that is not going to help that.
what this statement is saying to us is to be a leader is you have to do whats right for you and other people.and by doing those things, you need to make good options and smart decisions for others to lead straight ahead for success. you might set examples for others and they may want to follow through your footsteps.
i think this quote means that to be leader you have to do something that makes you feel like a leader and look like a leader so people can say oh wow that guy is doing great in life maybe if i follow him i might be succesful like him.so you have to know what youre doing and where you going to be a leader.
