i think that this is saying that wen u sweat u r workin hard for somethin that u want 2 accomplish. but wen u have tears u r cryin 4 somethin without doing something about it, so ppl feel sorry 4 u. sweat shows accomplishment, like if u r trying 2 lose a couple of pounds u work out n if u sweat it shows that u were workin hard 2 lose pounds. but instead of working out u cry that u need 2 lose pounds it shows that u wont work 4 it. so sweat is a sign of accomplishment n tears r a sign of failure

I think that this quote is trying to say that both are actions but both end up with different results. Like it says tears causes sympathy and sweat causes change. I think that this translates into when u cry tears fall and when you are crying it's because something happened or your just felling sand which people show sympathy for it. Also when you exercise u sweat and when you are exercising you are trying to change something about you and sweat is the result of that.

i think that this means that both sweat and tears are the same but they have a different result. maybe like the tears are bad because they bring u down and stuff. and the sweat is good because it proofs your hardwork i think phisically. and probably the sweat will get you motivated and want you work out more or something to make you sweat probably hardwork. but the tears will just bring you down and make you not want to do anything.

When you cry, you cry because you are upset or are suffering. And when people sweat, they usually are using their energy to do something. Tears cause you to feel sorry for other people and sweat cuases you to change as in a physical change or society change. Usually when you sweat, it comes with hard .

i think these two thigs are rather different but also the same.tears are a result of someone suffering emotionaly or however you put it and sweat is a result of working hard and not giving uo until you get what you deserve and have completed. i believe tears are also a form of giving up and sweat represents you will keep striving no matter what its in your way. so i think that if you want to makexs things change you have to workf or it and if you result in tears it results as if everything is ruined.

I agree with the quote because its true. They are both alike and different with the way they taste but how you get tears and sweat is a different story. When people cry, most of the time someone will come to where you are and ask are you okay. They want to know why you're sad or what's your reason for crying. But when you sweat, well there's no sympathy in the situation. I was told that it's actually good to sweat because it means that you're burning calories which is healthy for you. I don't think there's anything wrong with tears and sweat so it doesnt matter to me what happens.

this quote is true because even though they come from your bady they have a diferent meaning. when u cry its when ur sad or something bad happend to you or someone else. when u sweat it means that yuo are working really hard at sometihn to achieve what u want to achieve and be the best that you can be and you feel good about yourself after wards becasue you have accomplished something.

I agree with Jesse Jackson because if you cry for something that happened like for being fat nothing would've happened to you people would just feel bad for you. But if you exersie you will sweat and lose weight. Then something will happen to you, you will lose your fat.

I agree with this quote if you just cry for change you won't get it. But if you work hard (and sweat)you could make a difference. So rather than doing nothing (crying) you should work hard to change something (sweat).

I think that this true because tears and sweat are salty. But they both are different because tears come out when you are sad or sometime tears come out because you are very happy. And sweat comes out when you are tired. Sweat can get you to change because you are doing something thats getting you tired so you are burning calories.

I agree with this quote because i think that what it says is true. I think that this quote is saying that even though that sweat and tears have a similarity of being salty, they both are caused from two different things. Crying can be caused by someone suffering or someone that is feeling sad because of something that caused them to be sad. Crying causes people to feel sorrow for the person. Sweat has nothing to do with sorrow. It says that sweat causes change and when someone tries hard to accomplish something they are trying to change something about themselves. They sweat until they have accomplsihed their goal.

I AGREE WITH THIS BECAUSE PEOPLE OFTEN TIMES SYMPATHIZE FOR PEOPLE WHO CRY. WHEN YOU SWEAT IT'S FROM YOUR HARD WORK AND IT WILL CREATE A CHANGE. FOR EXAMPLE IF YOUR WORKING OUT AND YOU START CRYING THEN PEOPLE WILL HAVE SYMPATHY FOR YOU BUT IF YOUR SWEATING THEN THEY DON'T CARE. IF YOUR SWEATING YOU STILL CONTINUE TO WORK OUT BUT IF YOUR CDRYING THEN THEY WILL SAY YOU CAN STOP. SO AT THE END OF IT ALL WHEN YOU WERE SWEATING YOU WERE WORKING ON GETTING IN SHAPE. WHEN YOU CRIED YOU STAYED HOW YOU WERE BEFORE.

think when you put sympathy and work does not work well together. you pick sympathy over work is bad because sympathy is like a car .Hard work is is a nice car with a full tank. so you should know what to pick.together its a nice car that has gas that you stole money from the people they that supported you.

WELL I THINK THIS QUOTE IS SAYING THAT THEY HAVE SOME SIMILARITIES BUT THEY ALSO HAVE DIFFERENCES. WHEN YOU CRY SOMEONE IS GOING TO COME UP TO YOU AND ASK YOU IF YOU ARE OK. BUT IF YOUR ARE SWEATING IT JUST MEAN YOU ARE HOT OR BEEN PLAYING IT REALLY DONT MEAN ANYTHING AS MUCH AS CRYING DO. WHEN YOU CRY PEOPLE TAKE SYMPATHY FOR YOU. IF YOU SWEAT NO ONE WILL TAKE SYMPATHY FOR IT WOULD BE LIKE OK YOU ARE SWEATING.

I agree with this statement because it is 100% true. They have the same similarities but there whole outcome is very different then one another. Tears most of the time gets you sympathy because it happens pretty much to everyone but most of the time people do it because they care but other times is just making fun of you. But with sweat you don't get sympathy because your taking matters into your own hands. And your burning fat while sweating which is building you up to become of a more healthy person then what you may were before. I think sweating and crying is a good thing because one your showing your true feelings and sweating is showing your trying to become a more better person for yourself.

I guess it means that if you cry over or for something you wont get nothing done. But if you do something that causes you to sweat or if you work hard for whatever you want done youll change the situation. For example if someone you love dies, when you cry you dont get anythinggg done you just make yourself depressed. But if you do something that makes you feel better youll probably forget all aout it.But the I think the point is to do something about an issue not sit an watch it.

This quote is true because if you just sit there and cry about something it's not really going to achieve anything but it might get you a couple of sympathetic pats on the back or someone may sorry, "Sorry." But if you work hard for something, if you actually try and take a stand and move forward, you will definitely break a sweat accomplishing it but in the end you have made a change because you actually took action.

I agree with this quote. When you think of sweat you think of working out. And when you think of tears you think of sadness, or tears of joy either way it shows that you have a heart. They're very similar but yet very different.

i think that this quote is true tears do bring sympathy because it makes other people have sympathy over you. while sweat does get you change because you are sweating for something different or better so it changes your life because you are working for it.

This is true because when you cry people hug you and tell you that everything is going to be ok. When you sweat you make yourself stronger, you make yourself less vulnerable. you don't let whatever wants to make you cry bring you down because you are better better than that. that is why this quote is true!!!<3 =)

Yes i agree with this quote becuase tears and sweat reallly render different results because tears show an emotion of either happiness or sadness. Sweat shows change because in order to sweat you have to be doing fast pace things and getting things done so change is occuring in a fast pace.

This quote is really agreeable, tears will give you SYMPATHY but sweat will give you CHANGE. Here's an expample... two runners (runners 1 & 2) are in a race. The race starts and and both runners are neck and neck. When the race was over, runner 2 was ahead of runner 1. Runner 2 made a change and worked hard for it to be accomplish. However, runner 2 cries and everyone feels sympathetic (for the moment).

i agree with this quote because when your crying it doesnt change anything but give you a headache possibly. for example a little girl crying because her mommy took away her doll. crying wont get it back. on the other hand sweat you are making a change you are actually taking action on something that you are not pleased with.
and thats all she wrote

Wow. that is so true. It's like if someone wants to be a ballerina. THey cry all the time because they can't stand on their toes. But if they actually TRIed to excersise that goal, they'd eventually learn how to do it. that's awsome.
bassically, if you cry about it, nothing will change, but if you act upon it, it'll take work, but you'll get to your goal.

i agree with this quote becuase it is true when you cry you show off a sympathetic kind of vibe, people look at it and feel sympathy for you. But when you sweat you show hard work, progress, and triumph and what ever you were working so jard and sweating to change will change.

i understand this quote super duper well the tears are the result of me crying for someone or something important but they dnt see how much they hurt u but u still love them some how and you cant stop because your so qaddicted to them and u will always be there no matter what but they dnt understand that. sweat the product of falling in love or simply just excercise because u think that losing weight will attract someone even though u should those ppl should love just the way u are.

I think this quote is saying that tears are a sign of sympathy, or a feeling or an expression of pity or sorrow for the distress of another, and sweat is a sign of, like, success, because when you sweat, it's from working hard. People don't like to cry or sweat because their "salty".

Tears mak people feel sorry for u bcuz tears symbolize weakness or sadness. think that this means that both sweat and tears are the same but they have a different result. maybe like the tears are bad because they bring u down and stuff. and the sweat is good because it proofs your hardwork phisically. tears will just bring you down and make you not want to do anything.hardwork will mak a difference

this quote means that if you bring out tears that wont be able to get you no where. then if you cry its not going to make a difference its just going to make you weaker. but if you sweat it means that you're working for something real hard and arnt being a loser by crying just doing what they are working for.

I don't think there's anything wrong with tears and sweat so it doesnt matter to me what happens

this quote is saying that tears will make people feel simpathy for you, or to feel bad for you. Sweat on the other hand, reminds you of work. So sweat means change because you work in somthing to change it. So i agree with this quote.

JESSE JACKSON IS TRYING TO SAY THAT TEARS ARE SWEAT ARE BASICALY THE SAME THING BUT MEAN WAY DIFFERENT... WHEN YOU CRY THERE'S SYMPATHY AND PEOPLEE FEEL BAD FOR YOU AND YOU EARN TEARS BY SADNESS... WHEN YOU SWEAT THAT MEANS YOU WERE WORKING HARD FOR SOMETHING... THEY BOTH RESULT DIFFERENT BECAUSE YOUR REWAREDED FOR YOUR SWEAT AND YOU WHEN YOU HAVE TEARS PEOPLE FEEL BAD FOR YOU... SO ITS BETTER TO WORK HARD AND SWEAT DEN WORK LESS AND BE SAD AND HAVE TEARS... = ]

This quote is very true because you work hard and then start to sweat because you did something you want to achieve or do. With tears you just let out your feelings and people start feeling sorry for you but creates no change. Sweat comes from a hard working person that does not give up at any certain point. Tears comes from a very depressed person who cannot control themselves and has no choice but to cry. They make people feel some sympathy for you but not create change for you. Each renders a different result even with the similarity that they're both salty. They create a big difference in your life to become who you are. If you spend your whole life crying you won't get anywhere. When you sweat it means that your working and working helps shape your life and what you will become. Sweat comes from a person who wants to make change. Tears comes from a person who has no control of their life at that moment.

This quote says a very deep meaning/understanding, in two easy sentences. 'it basically talks about two things that people perspire, having different meanings, different reasons of the persperation. They both have the same results and same affects. Yet, they are both for different reasons. When one relaeases tears, its for something sentimental. For something that made you feel a certain way, leaving you with things to wonder, to question, to answer. When someone perspires sweat, its from doing hard work, from exhausting yourself. All for reasons of wanting to change. For reasons of wanting something different for yourself.

I beieve that this quote is true, because in this world you have to put work in to be successful. You cant just sit around and hope for something to happen.Than when things go wrong you cant just sit around and morun over over what you did wrong. You have to get up and brush yourself off and try again and go harder. Like me when it comes to sports i go hard all the time in it.I just need to learn how to put into to school but i am doing better now though. But by the end of this year and when we start school our sophmore year i will me a honor student and be a leader on the sports team.
