now computers are wut manages everything in our society. for example our apliannces. and every day someones job is bein replaced by a computetr. so if you can learn to adapt to new age technoloogy, you will be able to operate in modern society. i know a lot of people who are not computer literate. i know some people who cant even work a TV remote. but now as time goes on technology is getting smaller and smaller and become less complicated. so with the right traing i would saay that someone could learn how use a computer in about 4 months. its a very facinating device. and plus people who work on computers get paid huge amount of money for doin small jobs. i once had a paper that listed different computer jobs. One job charged 50 dollars for fixing a keyboard. that could just mean replacing a couple of keys or jus unplugging it by restarting the computer. plus ive taken 2 computer classes already. and i fixed computers at my old school and i enjoyed it. and i might continue to follow this career.

I think almost everyone I know works, or worked on a computer before. Basiclly, it helps you find what you're looking for, and helps you shoot for the stars. Let me give you an example, if you are a senior in high school, you need to make your college resume look professional, right? You need to use a computer. I highly doubt they would accept you with your resume written by hand. It can also help you earn a job. It's the same as getting into college. You want to look professional. So therefore, computer literacy IS growing rapidly in our society.
Oh yes, I just found out you don't need a college resume for most colleges, but I though I would keep it in my answer instead of taking it out. I think it's a good example, and I couldn't think of anything else.
