A day never repeats itself and you cant turn time back so you have to prevent anything you might regret later. What you do today will reflect on what can happen tomorrrow and the next day, the next week , the next month and in your life. Everything a person does will be a reason of who you are and where you are at because of today. I agree with this quote.

I THINK THAT ITS TRYING TO SAY THAT WHAT YOU DO TODAY WILL REFLECT ON WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN YOUR LIFE. I AGREE BECAUSE IF YOU FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU FAIL HIGH SCHOOL, THEN YOU WON'T GET INTO A GOOD UNIVERSITY AND YOU'LL NEVER GET A CAREER.
Ernest Hemingway's quote means that what you do today will affect your tommorow, so you need to prepare for the unexpected. i also think that this quote means that if you don't prepare, your today's won't be as good as others, because all of your todays are unique.

i think this quote means that what ever you decide to do today will reflect on what you will do the next. for example: if you kill someone, the next day will reflect on you, you will go to prison or your life will be in danger because of what you did yesterday...
To me this means that what you do one day can not be done over. So if you do something like kill some one you can not go back and redo what happened. There is no way to give that person their life back. So whatever you do today should be something you won't regret.

I would do things that would better my future the right way since no other day would be like the day now. Each day I would do something different that helps me do better on the days that I only get to live once. But I will do things different so that in the future my days will be the same by the way of me finally getting the sucees that I deserved from doing things differently each day in the past sucessfully.

1.staying in school because your future depends on it.
2.Never giving up on your hopes & dreams because if you really want something and you belive in it, you will get it.
3.Do every thing you can now because tommorow maybe to late.
4.Love every second you are here in earth with your family and friends before its to late because you never know when the last day of your life is going to be & you don't know when someone you love's last day is going to be.

i think that this quote basically means that whatever you do in the past will reflect to you in the future. like pretend if you steal something from a store one day and the next day you end up in jail because they cought you which happened because you robbed the store the day before.so what i think that ernest is trying top say is that one thing always leads to another
