One characteristic I value alot is self control. Everyone needs selfcontrol to be succesful in life. It makes you look good, especially when your at an interview or at a job/school. It is also something that somme 9th grade high school students lack. Self control is when you can control yourself and your actions. If you can do that without someone telling you to or remindind you constanty, then you have self control. If you have good self control then you will have a succesful career. It all starts it High School.
Respectfulness Respectfulness is a quality that everyone has. Some people show it and some don't It's when you respect someone. It can be one person or a lot of people. It really doesn't matter. Respect comes from the heart. It also comes from the mind. Respect from the heart is whenyou actually care about that person. Reespect from the mind is when you know you are suppose to respect that person but you really don't care about that person. Respect can come from many different places. You only decide whether you want to show respect, NO ONE ELSE. Respect can also be described as LOYALTY, GRACIOSNESS, TOLERANCE, OR EVEN RELIABILITY. It doesn't matter what it is described as. Just as long as you show it and then others will be respectful to you
A characteristic I value is responsability. I value this characteristic because I think we should all be responsable with our things. For example in our school we should all do our homework everyday and do what we supposed to do like paying attention in class and doing our work this requires responsebility because with no responsability nobody in this world will work for their family to have food in the table because of their irresponsability. I think that this value is very important to me because of this reasons.
Another characteristic in the laws of life is respectfulness. you need to be respectful to the people around you because like they say what goes around comes around. and like confusius said " do unto others like you would like be be done to you" yes Mr hamilton i know it. When your respectful it shows a sign of maturity.
Self-control is very important in today's society. Self-control is to be able to control yourself in certain situations that might tempt you to do something you shouldn't do. Self-control is like keeping your temper and resisting the tempation of anything you should not have. People that have self-control are very strong and can usually resist anything that comes their way. They don't have self doubt most of the time either. They believe that they can do mostly anything and they do it. They can stop themselves from getting into fights and other things also. Self-control is inside everyone they just have to find it.
